AlakaDeleting your account
You can delete your Alaka account and data at any time. This page is published by the game's developer, MOZ GROUP TEKNOLOJİ BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Inside the game (immediate)
- Open Alaka and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Tap Settings at the top right.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
Your account is permanently deleted at once.
If you cannot open the game (by e-mail)
E-mail info@neuros.com.tr with the subject "Delete my account" and include one of these:
- your player code (shown on your Profile, e.g. ALK-7K2Q), or
- the e-mail address linked to your account (for Apple or Google sign-in, that account's e-mail address).
We delete the account within 30 days and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account, username, avatar and player code
- Your match history, arena ratings, league and Daily Move records
- Your coin and hint balance and purchased in-game items (not refunded)
- Your friendships, private league memberships and invite records
- Your proposals, comments, votes and likes in the Discussion Pool
- Your notification tokens; Sign in with Apple is revoked at Apple too
What stays
- The game content of accepted contributions (e.g. a bond pair or a question) stays in the game without your name.
- Report and moderation records are kept de-identified for up to 1 year to prevent abuse.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Alaka Club subscription. Cancel it on iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
